Düzgit Group has been active in ship repair operations since September 2023 through Park Shipyard, established via a strategic partnership with Beşiktaş Shipyard Group, whose experience in ship repair dates back to 2007.
Together with Beşiktaş Shipyard and Art Shipyard, these facilities represent the largest ship repair capacity in Türkiye.Park Shipyard is located in Yalova, on the former premises of Düzgit Yalova Shipyard, which historically focused on shipbuilding activities. Building on this heritage, Park Shipyard was restructured and commissioned to serve the ship repair market with modern facilities and expanded docking capacity.
Since its establishment, Park Shipyard has successfully delivered critical ship repair projects and, within a short period, earned the trust of leading international shipowner and operator groups.

As part of our commitment to continuous development, Park Shipyard has recently upgraded its floating dock, significantly enhancing its ability to accommodate larger vessels and complex repair projects.
