Safety, Quality & Industry Standards
DSM operates a structured Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with the ISM Code, supported by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification verified by Lloyd’s Register.
Each managed vessel is subject to:
- Regular technical and deck inspections
- SIRE and CDI inspection regimes appropriate to tanker operations
- Continuous monitoring of findings, corrective actions, and performance indicators
DSM’s tanker management performance has been assessed through TMSA III audits conducted by major oil companies, with satisfactory results.
