Donatan Liman was established in 1998 by members of the ship agents’ association for the purpose of participating in the Zeyport port investment and is an associate of Düzgit Group, serving as the Group’s investment vehicle in this project.
Zeyport Zeytinburnu Liman İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
Established in 1998, Zeyport is a port facility located in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, providing terminal and port services in the Sea of Marmara.
Düzgit Group holds an indirect minority investment position in Zeyport through its associate, Donatan Liman.
Marin Römorkör ve Kılavuzluk A.Ş.
Established in 1998, Marin Römorkör provides licensed pilotage and towage services at several major ports in Türkiye through a modern tugboat fleet and an experienced team of pilots. The company operates a fleet comprising 15 tugboats, 2 pilot boats, and several mooring boats.

Founded in 2017, YALPAŞ provides licensed pilotage and towage services in the Yalova port area, which includes two terminals in addition to the shipyards of Yalova. The company operates a fleet of 7 tugboats, 2 pilot boats, and 2 mooring boats.

Founded in 2004, YATGİAŞ is the management and development company responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the Altınova shipyard region in Yalova, one of Türkiye’s leading shipbuilding and ship repair clusters.
