Reliable Maritime Services in the Turkish Straits, Backed by Years of Experience

Düzgit Group is a diversified maritime services group with a continuous presence in the Turkish Straits since 1966. Founded on operational discipline, reliability, and long-term commitment, the Group has developed from a single service-boat operation into a multi-disciplinary maritime organisation active across ship sub-agency, ship management, ship repair, shipbuilding heritage, shipstore services, and strategic maritime investments.

The Group’s roots lie in hands-on operations in the Strait of Istanbul, where uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and trust are essential. This operational mindset continues to shape Düzgit Group’s approach today, combining practical experience with structured management and governance practices.

Düzgit Group’s ship sub-agency operations support vessel traffic through both the Strait of Istanbul and the Strait of Çanakkale on a 24/7 basis, serving physically an average of approximately 60 vessels per day. These activities are supported by a diversified fleet of workboats and a real-time information platform providing continuous operational visibility.

Through DSM Ship Management, established in 2012, the Group provides technical and commercial management services primarily for chemical tankers, operating to standards expected by oil majors, first class charterers, and international counterparties. Safety, technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle asset management form the foundation of these services.

In ship repair, Düzgit Group is active through Park Shipyard in Yalova, following a strategic partnership with Beşiktaş Shipyard Group. With modern docking infrastructure and expanded capacity, Park Shipyard supports complex repair projects for international shipowners.

The Group also maintains a long-standing presence in duty-free shipstore services, supplying cigarettes, spirits, and soft drinks exclusively in both Turkish Straits, and holds associate or minority investment positions in complementary maritime infrastructure and service companies, including ports, pilotage and towage.

Across all activities, Düzgit Group operates with a clear separation between ownership, governance, and management, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth.
